Position: Team Leader
Job Description
The Team Leader will be trained in all operational roles within the club and will form part of the management team. Once fully trained, the Team Leader will be able to step up and carry out supervisory duties as required.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting the staff team, delivering excellent customer service, and representing the business positively in all interactions.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high standards of satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with customers and handle queries/issues professionally.
* Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness across all areas.
* Support the supervision of 40–50 employees.
* Assist in the balancing and maintenance of floats.
* Be trained and able to carry out all operational duties in the daily bingo operation.
* Respond flexibly to operational needs, resolving any issues that arise.
* Perform any additional duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs (Grade A–C including English and Maths, or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a similar environment (bingo hall, betting shop, or customer service setting).
* Full availability and flexibility to work any shift across the week — including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional nights — as required (20% additional rate after 11pm for any full shifts running into the night) .
Desired Criteria
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
