Responsibilities
* liaise closely with other Administration/Data Officers/Clinical admin officers to ensure integration of functions and facilitate providing cover for periods of short-term absence.
* develop knowledge and ability to provide cover for key elements of other departmental work; specific elements specified by Team Leader/Office manager who will arrange appropriate training.
* deliver support services in line with the Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme guidelines and targets.
Qualifications
* eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route; visa sponsorship considered alongside all other applications.
* understand eligibility requirements under the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) points-based system; avoid disappointment by ensuring both you and the role meet criteria.
* for pre‑employment checks, identity and right to work documentation will be verified remotely using a certified identity verification service provider TrustID (capture image of documents and a selfie for facial matching). TrustID performs a digital address check using Trunarrative and Equifax; a soft check that does not leave footprint on credit rating.
* will be requested to complete Trac electronic new starter forms on Trac to collect personal details; information securely stored and used to set up employee record on ESR HR system.
* Trust will request a DBS (CRB) if post involves regulated activities; Trust is compliant with Disclosure and Barring Service Codes of practice and Rehabilitation of offenders act.
