Regional Sales Manager – Field Based (Midlands and South) – Burdens Technical Solutions

As a Regional Sales Manager based in the Field (Midlands and South) you’ll be responsible for:

* Driving sales of geotechnics and stormwater management product ranges through a technical, solutions-focused approach
* Identifying and developing major accounts to maximise growth, while building a strong regional sales culture
* Establishing and maintaining close relationships with customers, supply chain partners, and the branch network
* Managing new and existing projects end-to-end, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and delivery
* Providing product training and maintaining CRM accuracy to support the branch network and monitor the project pipeline

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will be a field based role.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

* Solid knowledge of geosynthetics and water management solutions
* Proven industry sales experience with a strong track record of results
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain customer relationships while identifying new opportunities and markets
* Strong organisational, communication, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated capability in managing complex issues and delivering sustainable outcomes
