Responsibilities
Suitable candidates will be able to run their own claimant clinical negligence case load, including:
* Cancer claims
* Accident and emergency claims
* Defective medical products claims
* Birth injury and pregnancy claims
* Cerebral Palsy claims
* Cauda Equina Syndrome claims
* Cosmetic Dentistry claims
Experience in supervising other lawyers would be an advantage.
