YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie with a real passion for cooking the very best British produce, with the grill at the heart of what you do. This role is all about confidence on the grill — understanding meat, managing fire, and consistently delivering quality at pace. You’ll take ownership of your section, leading by example and supporting the team to keep standards high from prep through to service. Calm under pressure, organised, and genuinely proud of every plate that leaves the pass. At Blacklock, we keep things simple and do them properly — great meat, cooked well, by a team that cares.
