Service Care Solutions are working alongside an Internationally recognised rehab group, who are seeking talented and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join their permanent bank of staff. Please find a description of the work below.
Role: Healthcare Assistant
Location: West Linton
Benefits: Company Pension, free parking, sick pay
Rate: £12.21 (PAYE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 36 per week (split across 3 x 12hr shifts. Days/Nights)
Role Overview:
Support Registered Nurses in delivering safe, high-quality, individualised care
Provide physical and emotional support to patients and families
Assist with patient admissions and ongoing care needs
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of clinical areas
Follow Infection Control and Health & Safety policies
Promote the 12 Steps to the Patient Community
Work collaboratively as a flexible and reliable team member
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Maintain competence in Basic Life Support (annual updates required)
Hold SVQ Level II in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Commit to ongoing professional development and training.
