Residential Manager
OpenArch is looking for a talented and motivated Residential Manager to join our busy Residential department on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior leadership role within a thriving part of our business, working closely with the Executive Director to drive performance, exceed targets, and shape the future of our residential services.
What does the role involve?
* Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Property Managers, empowering them to manage their own portfolios.
* Manage a small portfolio of company lets, ensuring renewals and rent reviews are actioned on time.
* Conduct regular 1:1 appraisals with your team.
* Oversee the successful letting and management of a diverse residential and student property portfolio.
* Ensure your team delivers excellent service, maintaining our high standards and fostering positive tenant relationships.
* Contribute to the growth and development of your team, helping them achieve their potential.
What are we looking for?
* Proven management experience, ideally within the property sector.
* Experience in Property Management and/or Property Negotiation is highly desirable.
* A confident, proactive, and independent approach with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent numeracy, literacy, and organisational skills.
* A passion for people, property, and delivering outstanding results.
