Role: Cleaning Operative - Little Marlow
Location: Little Marlow STW, Muschallik Road, off Marlow Road (A4155), Little Marlow, Marlow, Bucks SL7 3RT
Salary: £13104 + Company Benefits
Working hours: 16.00 - 20.00, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
Contract Type: Part Time Permanent

Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning tasks to the agreed standards; prioritise workload and complete tasks.
* Report repairs noticed during cleaning duties.
* Respond promptly to service shortfalls identified.
* Perform daily maintenance on machinery as trained and report issues.
* Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed.
* Maintain adequate stocks of consumables in nominated cleaning stores and request replenishments as needed.
* Attend and complete training as required.
* Use chemicals and equipment as trained.
* Liaise with customers and clients professionally; escalate as required to ensure resolution.
* Work safely and raise any health and safety risks or hazards.
* Maintain good housekeeping of equipment, consumables and storage areas.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of workplace cleaning would be an advantage
* Good time keeping
* Experience of providing good customer service
* Methodical and meticulous approach to work
* Ability to read and speak English to ensure safe working practices
