About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the differing needs of our residents to deliver quality, person‑centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and you may also be asked to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and help create a warm, welcoming, vibrant environment.
About You
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
* Warm‑hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualized care and support.
* Willingness to develop your career through ongoing training and opportunities to progress to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
