Protocol Education is looking for an experienced ADHD Specialist Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional help with focus, engagement, and emotional regulation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with ADHD on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Implement behaviour and engagement strategies
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs
* Promote positive learning outcomes
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with ADHD
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
