About the role: As the Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting, hiring and retaining high-quality talent across a designated business area. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, provide expert recruitment support, and ensure a seamless, candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This role will be based in our Horsham office with the potential with Hybrid working. Role Responsibilities: * Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as their first point of contact for recruitment needs * Conduct discovery calls to understand new vacancies and create compelling, optimised job adverts * Post roles across job boards and social channels to attract diverse talent * Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media and smart sourcing techniques * Screen applicants against agreed criteria and coordinate interviews within agreed timeframes * Deliver excellent customer service to both hiring managers and candidates * Manage the offer and compliance process, ensuring consistency and timely completion * Maintain accurate recruitment administration using the ATS * Analyse recruitment data, including time-to-hire and key KPIs * Support the wider TA team to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process * Work collaboratively with the wider HR function to deliver a joined-up service ...
