Key Responsibilities:Candidate resourcingTo resource suitable candidates to support the fulfilment needs of both the permanent and temporaries teams, through the management of an appropriate candidate strategy in line with our talent sourcing hierarchySearch and identify suitable candidates using Boolean searching and filtering tools within our global candidate pool in JobscienceCarry out appropriate pre-screening and testing to ensure only the highest calibre of candidates are submittedProvide an excellent level of service by embracing Blue Arrows promise based cultureAssist candidates with the application process, briefing them on the interview/assessment process and giving them a thorough overview of the role and clientEnsure that candidates understand how to access and self-serve via the Blue Arrow candidate portal and MyBlueArrow appMaintain candidate contact from initial call through to placement to minimise drop outsEnsure all candidates placed meet the company's minimum standards and contractual obligationsProactively work to fill all outstanding vacancies and shifts, utilising the AMS and scheduler within Jobscience to ensure accurate fulfilmentEnsure that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue ArrowEnsure that you bring our beautiful basics to life each and every day without failAdministrationEnsure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner through effective task and dashboard management on JobscienceEnsure adherence to Company and clients compliance standardsBe aware of all resourcing strategies and aims and provide efficient administration support, using all resources under your controlSend assessment confirmations and subsequent offer details via emailRun reports on Jobscience to gain business insight and use the intelligence to improve resourcing activitiesTake internal and external messages, dealing with issues directly where possible or transferring to the relevant team memberReview and engage with Workplace regularly, ensuring you remain informed of all the latest company announcements and updates in a timely mannerCommunicate all Jobscience updates to clients and candidates as appropriateSupport Jobscience champions and management to drive adoption initiatives and improve efficiency and productivity of Jobscience usePerson Specification:Demonstrate level 1 Blue Arrow competenciesPositive, enthusiastic and outgoing individualExcellent communication skillsHigh standard of English and Mathematical skillsAble to prioritise, be flexible, problem solve and be organised within a pressurised environmentSelf-confident and able to work within agreed standards and proceduresStrong desire to deliver exceptional customer serviceBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
