What You'll Actually Be Doing
Supporting Student Success
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions for students who need extra support
* Help GCSE and A-Level students master challenging concepts and exam techniques
* Work with learners across all abilities—from those building basic scientific understanding to high-achievers pursuing top grades
* Support practical laboratory work and scientific investigations
Building Your Teaching Skills
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging Science lessons across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
* Develop strategies for explaining complex scientific ideas in accessible ways
* Learn classroom management techniques in a supportive environment
* Observe excellent teaching practice firsthand
* Gain experience with laboratory safety procedures and practical demonstrations

What We're Looking For
