This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Manchester Academy is part of United Learning, and we're looking for a permanent IT Graduate to join the team. You'll be based on-site, helping staff and students with day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

* You must live within a 45-minute commute of Manchester Academy. This role is entirely on-site.

The role includes:
* First-line IT support for staff and students
* Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
* Supporting classroom tech and network devices
* Maintaining user accounts, AV equipment, backups, and security
* Escalating more complex issues to the wider IT tea

* A degree in IT from a UK university
* Experience in a customer-facing role (any sector)
* GCSEs in English and Maths
* Confidence using:
* Windows 11
* Microsoft Office and 365 (Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
* Basic networking and user account setup
* AV equipment in classrooms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* A friendly, professional manner
* A genuine interest in learning and improving
* A commitment to safeguarding and data protection
