Crowne Plaza – Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: Crowne Plaza Belfast, 117 Milltown Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT8 7XP.
Full time – £14.50 per hour.
About the role
As an F&B Supervisor you will lead shift operations in the Food & Beverage outlets, support the Conference & Banqueting Department, maintain brand standards and deliver excellent guest service.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the shift, ensuring service standards and operational targets are met.
* Manage staff, provide coaching, and maintain cleanliness and safety.
* Handle guest enquiries and complaints effectively.
* Monitor beverage and food preparation to meet company standards.
* Support the Head of Department in their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
* Track department targets and report on performance.
Required qualifications
* Experience in a Food & Beverage role.
* Proven supervisory experience with a hands‑on approach.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desired qualifications
* Hospitality supervisory experience.
* At least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
