A Service Coordinator is required in Elland. The role is to manage the new client on boarding for service standards, compliance, communications, and administration. The role will ensure that all new customers receive the best initial set up and service, liaising with suppliers to meet objectives and finetune requirements. Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Elland. This is a full time and permanent role that is fully office based. The role includes: * Setting up new customers on the database. * Processing new customers required information and verifications. * Coordinating with the sales team for expectations, queries, and fine details. * Creating documents including contracts from templates. * Liaising with agreed suppliers to achieve costs, service, and compliance. * Communication throughout the process with all stakeholders. * Basic ordering and purchasing of office equipment. * Working as a team to manage incoming calls and office visits.
