What You’ll Do as a Waking Night Worker Provide consistent, safe, and nurturing overnight support to young people with additional needs Carry out routine checks and ensure the emotional and physical wellbeing of our children during the night Support with personal care, if required, in a respectful and dignified manner Maintain accurate records, incident logs, and communicate effectively with the day staff Work closely with our experienced care teams and families to ensure continuity of care What We’re Looking For A kind, nurturing and compassionate individual with a commitment to child-centred care Ability to remain alert, observant, and proactive throughout night shifts You must have previous experience working in a childcare setting Ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Why Join New Reflexions?
