RD is a global creative production agency, producing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.
We are looking for a Social Media Creative to join our London team.
The successful candidate will work independently and in collaboration with the rest of the Creative department to devise and create award winning social media campaigns.
They will be hands-on, have a keen visual eye and the practical skills to bring their ideas to life as well as communicate them.
They will also be the sort of person whose finger is always on the pulse, keeping up-to-date with social media trends as they emerge and reacting to them in a fresh and exciting way.

Desired Skills
* Agency Experience: Proven experience in a creative or social media agency, managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
* Social strategy: A deep understanding of social media platforms and how to develop effective content strategies that align with client goals
* Cultural Fluency: A finger on the pulse of current trends and internet culture, with a strategic understanding of how paid social can be used to amplify creative work
* AI Proficiency: Expertise in integrating AI tools like Midjourney and Veo 3 to streamline the content creation process, from initial concepting and visual ideation to the rapid production of high-impact social media assets.
* Strong copywriting and written communication skills
* An eye for design
* Confident communicator with an ability to pitch ideas
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, briefing in multiple animators / editors whilst communicating progress with the wider team
* Experience working with the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Premiere Pro would be beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time, initial 3-month contract with an opportunity to go permanent.
Salary: £27,000.00 - £30,000.00 p/a pro rata (D.O.E)
