Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Stockport
This role is based in Stockport, United Kingdom. Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities, is seeking a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with our business objectives.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
3. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
4. Monitor and assess partnership performance, ensuring KPIs and business goals are achieved.
5. Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
6. Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
7. Support joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all partnership communications.
9. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
10. Analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
11. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
12. Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport or Endurance.
* Strong marketing background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with data assessment capabilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe.
* Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working under pressure.
* Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
