Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generator
Basic salary up to £40,000 plus uncapped OTE/Commissions.
We are Tritility, a leading Energy Procurement Consultancy specialising in spend and category management across utilities. Our solutions deliver margin protection, value creation and NetZero outcomes for businesses in Gas, Electricity, Water and Solar.
Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new B2B leads, targeting CFOs, CEOs, founders, COOs and procurement leaders.
* Engage prospects through networking events and digital outreach.
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
* Collaborate with sales teams to convert qualified leads into closed deals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven success in new B2B business sales, such as SDR, sales executive or business development.
* Experience in SaaS, software, IT services, technology, professional services, subscriptions, utilities or commercial real estate.
* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and outcome‑focused.
