The Night Porter role involves overseeing hotel operations from sundown to sunrise, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities include managing the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests, maintaining public areas, assisting with luggage, handling inquiries, and conducting Health and Safety audits. Organisational skills and excellent communication are essential.
Experience in a similar role and night shift work is beneficial and required, respectively.
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and hours, with details to be discussed at interview. Opportunities for career progression include Night Supervisory or Assistant Night Management roles.
