Our client is seeking an exceptional Commercial Manager with a Quantity Surveying background and extensive experience within the National Highways environment to take a leading role in the procurement of the next generation of Maintenance and Response Contracts (M&R2). This is a pivotal strategic role, positioned at the forefront of one of the UK's most significant infrastructure procurement programmes. What will you be doing?
