Well-established Bellshill domestic Appliance Service Company working with all major Manufacturers / Brands and all leading insurance and warranty companies seeks a Customer Support Admin staff member. The hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. 20 days annual leave plus statutory / bank holidays. Potential for over time on fulfilment of assessment.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with customers through their repair journey from start to finish. This will be achieved by phone, email and using internal database software and online portals. Updating customer repair progress, helping plan engineer’s daily routes and schedules, liaising with Technical and Parts Dept.
Essential criteria: Committed, driven and focused: Must be able to work the 40 hours required; Must have IT skills and be able to use Microsoft Outlook and Word / Excel etc.
Desirable criteria: Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
