Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT/Tech Sales) Location: Plymouth (Hybrid – 2 days per week WFH) Salary: Up to £37,000 basic, DOE uncapped commission Company car or car allowance, career progression opportunities About the Company Our client is a growing IT & Solutions provider based in Plymouth, delivering technology services and solutions to a variety of business clients. They are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Executive to join their team and help drive new business growth across the region. The Role This is a hybrid position, with two days per week working from home and the remainder in the office or visiting clients. The BDE will focus on generating new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a team leadership position over time. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT and solutions space. * Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. * Deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools. * Support business growth initiatives and assist in the development of junior team members as the team expands. Requirements: * 2 years tech sales experience in IT, software, or managed services * Strong business development and account management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid working schedule effectively. * Full UK driving licence (company car or allowance provided). * Ambition to grow within a company and lead a team in the future.
