As a CDP, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef & Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen is of the highest quality and meets our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee food preparation and cooking activities to ensure that dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
. Supervise kitchen staff and provide mentorship and guidance when needed.
. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Junior Chef Or CDP in a similar casual dining environment.
2. Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and creativity.
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
