Applications are invited for enthusiastic and dynamic Consultant Dermatologists to join our well-established and expanding department. This is a replacement post for a General Dermatologist and is ideally suited for someone with or wishing to develop a specialist interest in paediatric allergy and immunology. The role supports the outreach service based at Stoke Mandeville Hospital and involves work across two main sites: Amersham and Stoke Mandeville Hospital. It is anticipated that this post will involve 5 programmed activities per week.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide effective and compassionate care for Dermatology patients. Although there are currently no inpatient beds, the successful applicant will work closely with medical colleagues to provide inpatient support and outpatient services across the Trust site.
2. Develop a personal area of specialist interest and provide sub-specialty expertise.
3. Develop and expand the Dermatology service locally and regionally.
4. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and General Manager to review current practices and implement innovative models of care.
5. Provide expert advice on complex cases to primary and secondary care colleagues.
6. Participate in clinical research, teaching, and professional development.
7. Supervise junior team members and nursing staff.
8. Vetting of referrals.
