Our client based in Bourton on the Water are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team!
Sales Administrator Roles and Responsibilities:
* Accurately print and process customer orders
* Handle incoming calls and assist with customer service enquiries
* Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
* Generate and issue invoices for customer orders
* Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and communications
* Liaise with internal departments
Sales Administrator Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in administration or customer service
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Full training will be provided
