Responsibilities
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets.
* Managing tendering, procurement, and contract negotiations.
* Monitoring costs and controlling project expenditure.
* Assessing and managing scope changes and variations.
* Administering contracts and payment processes via CEMAR.
* Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
* Delivering regular cost reports and forecasts.
* Finalising accounts and supporting project handover.
Qualifications
* Degree in quantity surveying or related field.
* Proven building services construction experience.
* Proficiency in cost estimation and project tools.
* Strong contractual, analytical, and communication skills.
