This role suits a qualified solicitor with experience in property, utilities, or telecoms law. You’ll provide legal support on property matters linked to the transport scheme, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements, and landlord/tenant issues, ensuring consistent standards and risk management. Key Responsibilities: * Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, easements, and licences. * Draft and negotiate legal agreements with utilities, telecoms, and statutory undertakers. * Support infrastructure and construction projects, protecting the client’s interests. * Manage a varied caseload independently within a multidisciplinary team. Requirements: * Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally 2–5 years PQE. * Strong background in property law—experience in utilities, telecoms, or infrastructure preferred. * Confident handling complex property transactions and commercial negotiations. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across large-scale projects
