To assist the Agriculture Training function for the benefit of the company and its employees by supporting across all generalist activities and striving to deliver a proactive, efficient training service to our key stakeholders.
1. Assist L&D Coordinator with admin tasks as required.
2. Ensure the most recent revised version of training documents are being adhered to and document controlled accordingly, liaising with all key stakeholders as necessary.
3. Working with Trainers on the shop floor on creation of SOP`s and WI
4. To maintain accurate assessment records at all times to demonstrate training and competency sign off & ensure this is to audit ready standard.
5. To ensure all training completed is updated on Learning Management System in a timely and accurate manner.
6. To ensure all training records, assessments and certificates are filed/recorded appropriately and audit ready at all times.
7. Obtaining PO numbers for training and filing associated paperwork
8. Assist in new start inductions and participate as required
9. Produce KPI reports and evaluate completed/outstanding training
10. Communicate any pendig changes, current issues or training priorities
11. Arrange and Evaluate training undertaken both internally and externally and consider the effectiveness of the training being provided.
