Service Desk Analyst with over a years experience is required by a small financal firm, paying up to £34k working onsite from their Head Office in Central London woth some Hybrid working after probation. You will be joining a close knit team of 6 who support around 120 end users. The successful Service Desk Analyst will work along side the Service Desk Analysts and will troubleshoot and resolve all first line issues in to the desk while learning 2nd line support along the way. Along with day to day BAU you will also support the 2nd/3rd Line Technical Analyst with Projects and help them with ideas to develop the IT functions. Knowledge of as many of the following is highly desirable; Windows 11 Office365 Admin Microsoft Entra/ Azure, Zero Client and Thin Client Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 administration and troubleshooting, Active directory, Group Policies, DHCP and Remote Desktop Services Security best practices Networking principles and troubleshooting SQL scripting, PowerShell and Visual Basic This role will probably suit someone who has around 12-18 months experience and a basic understand of the required skills and looking to develop themselves further.
