As a Damp and Mould Inspector, you will be:
* Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks.
* Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections.
* Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work.
* Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs.

* Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties
* Ability to work at pace and adapt to change
* Experience within social housing
* Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections
The interim role is offering:
* Hybrid working

* The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35-40 per hour
Location & Travel
This role is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days on patch in Worcestershire and 2 days working from home. Business mileage is covered with hybrid working offering an excellent work life balance.
