What You Will Be Doing
* Designing challenging finance/accounting problems that AI models struggle to solve.
* Creating grading rubrics that define what a high-quality response should include.
* Writing correct solutions that demonstrate 100% accuracy against the rubric.
* Evaluating AI-generated answers for reasoning, accuracy, and clarity.
* Providing structured, constructive feedback to improve AI performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Education: Master’s degree or PhD (or currently enrolled)
* Expertise: Strong background in accounting and finance with the ability to craft advanced, graduate-level problems.
* Skills:
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience developing rigorous, structured questions and model answers.
* High attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs and peer submissions.
* Language: Fluency or high proficiency in English (written and verbal).
