We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager with strong experience in the cosmetics industry to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, suppliers, chemist and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will:
* Lead and coordinate NPD (New Product Development) projects, including packaging and regulatory requirements.
* Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets while handling any challenges or escalations.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Ensure all projects meet regulatory compliance standards.
* Contribute to a fast-paced SME environment, where agility, problem solving, and teamwork are essential.
About You
* Proven project management experience within cosmetics, beauty, or related consumer goods (manufacturing, NPD, or regulatory experience highly valued).
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong client-facing skills – confident communicator who builds trust and manages expectations.
* A natural problem solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Thrives in a fast-moving, small-team environment where collaboration is key.
* No formal certification required – but you must demonstrate top-tier PM skills and professionalism.
