Team Manager required for work within the Permanence Team based in Plymouth in Devon. Competitive rates of pay £50.84ph. 37 hours per week – 3 month minimum contract with opportunity to extend. Good transport links to the M5 and A38. Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a Permanence/LAC team within Children's Services
* Providing leadership, supervision and support to social workers
* Overseeing care planning, permanence planning and safeguarding practices
* Ensuring statutory responsibilities and performance targets are achieved
* Supporting children in care to achieve positive outcomes
* Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
You will be Social Work England registered, and ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
