As a senior team member, you will provide efficient, accurate, and friendly service to colleagues and customers. You will support your team, identify process improvements, demonstrate initiative, and hold additional responsibilities such as training, coaching, and project representation. A strong understanding of pensions legislation, regulatory requirements, and HMRC regulations is essential.
Business Functions:
Equiniti manages complex, regulated administration in pensions, payroll, and payments for major UK organizations, supporting millions of pension members and paying billions annually.
Core duties and responsibilities:
* Provide administration services to customers, adhering to service levels and quality targets.
* Complete, check, and audit casework; provide feedback, coaching, and training to colleagues.
* Engage with client contacts to resolve complex customer inquiries using pension knowledge.
* Provide technical guidance to the team and identify process improvements to enhance output and service.
Skills, Attributes, and Behaviour:
* Minimum of 12 months of experience in senior pensions administration.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on customer service.
* Proven track record of quality, timely delivery, and strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to develop positive working relationships.
* Strong IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
