We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter – delivering personalized service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times
* Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare
* Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally
* Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets
* Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations
* Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business
* Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high‑performing environment

Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer‑facing role
* Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred
* Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
