Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
UAT Programmer/Analyst
to help accelerate the execution of our automation roadmap, and streamlining end-to-end scheduling operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, execute, and analyze
User Acceptance Test (UAT)
scenarios to support the development of the science optimization model.
* Conduct UAT with real-world business data to validate model accuracy and effectiveness.
* Develop UAT processes to integrate and operationalize the optimization model within fleet scheduling tools.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, quick to learn how the team operates, and able to work independently to accelerate UAT phases.

1. Data handling & analysis
– Ability to build, manage, and analyze complex datasets (Excel required; SQL is a strong plus).

– Strong ability to understand and apply ambiguous technical and business requirements.

– Critical thinker who can operate autonomously and deliver results with limited information.
