Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced and motivated SSSTS Groundworks Ganger to join a long-term, high-profile construction project based at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton.

đ Important Site Requirement
Due to the secure nature of this project, all applicants must be able to provide a minimum of 3 yearsâ continuous employment history to gain site access.
đŒ Your Role
As a Groundworks Ganger, youâll play a key leadership role on site, responsible for:
* Leading and supervising a team of groundworkers to deliver daily targets
* Planning and allocating tasks to keep work on schedule
* Overseeing all aspects of groundworks, including drainage, kerbing, ducting, and excavation
* Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety
* Delivering toolbox talks and daily briefings
* Working closely with site managers, engineers, and other trades
* Ensuring all work meets quality and project specifications
* Identifying and resolving site issues, risks, or delays
* Supporting the team hands-on when required

What Weâre Looking For
* Valid SSSTS certification
* CSCS Card (essential)
* First Aid (preferred, but not essential)
* Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger or Supervisor
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Solid knowledge of groundworks and site safety standards
* Reliable, proactive, and confident leading a team
