We are seeking a reliable and organised Garage Receptionist to join our busy vehicle repair and servicing workshop. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of the garage. Key Responsibilities\nAnswering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.\nBooking customer vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOT tests.\nOrdering vehicle parts from suppliers and monitoring deliveries.\nPreparing and pricing repair and service estimates.\nCreating and processing invoices using the garage management system.\nMaintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.\nLiaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth scheduling of work.\nHandling customer payments and general reception duties.\nProviding a professional and friendly service to all customers. National 4 or 5s (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable\nNo previous experience is required as full training will be provided\nCommitment to completing the Business and Administration SVQ Level 3 qualification\nGood telephone manner and communication skills.\nBasic computer skills and confidence using office software.\nAbility to work in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.
