It offers regular group meetings where parents can connect with others, share advice, learn about local services, and build important skills like speaking up for themselves and their families. In this key role, you will provide one-on-one support, meet with parents individually, offer helpful information and connect families to other services. Your skills and experience Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field, or currently completing/willing to undertake a Diploma, supported by transferable skills, related experience, or lived experience (Essential). Tertiary qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Education, Social Work, Community Services, Counselling, Allied Health, or a related discipline (Highly Desirable). Demonstrated knowledge of, or experience in, navigating or working within the NDIS, health, education, or parent and family service systems (Essential).
