The hourly rate for this role is £11.64, and up to £12.88 across selected locations within London.

What you’ll be doing day to day.
Providing health advice through focused conversations with patients, offering clear and accurate answers.
Your duties will include:
* Tailoring conversations to ensure customers leave feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
* Handling technical dispensary tasks, including ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, and collecting prescriptions, ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
* Complying with legal, professional, and company guidelines.
* Engaging with GPs and practice teams to promote services and products.
* Ensuring efficient dispensary operations and minimising dispensing losses.
What you’ll need to have.
Applicants should have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services and previous experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser. Completion of a Medicines Counter Assistant (NVQ2) qualification or equivalent is required, with support available for training if not already completed.
We also support career development towards NVQ Level 3 (QCF) in Pharmacy Services, enabling registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technician and progression to roles like Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT). Your pay and benefits will reflect your qualifications and roles.
