Responsibilities to work on a mixed caseload of:
1. Commercial and insolvency disputes
2. Director and Shareholder disputes
3. Contractual disputes

4. You will be well organised and able to demonstrate good time and file management
5. Show a commitment to read around various areas of law and litigation practice in your own time to build upon knowledge on a rolling continuous improvement basis
6. Enjoy networking, marketing and business development
