Job Description
The Property Paralegal will be:
*
Managing both residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish (e.g., drafting documents, SDLT, post-completion)
*
Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and lenders to support smooth property workflows
*
Working independently on files while supporting solicitors with more complex matters
*
Contributing to business development through client communication and marketing initiatives
*
Operating with confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
The Property Paralegal should be:
*
A paralegal or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in residential and commercial property matters-ideally both, including purchases, sales, leases, SDLT, and post-completion processes
*
Accurate and detail-oriented in document drafting and file management
*
A strong communicator, confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders
*
Able to manage workload proactively-and willing to support business development activities
*
Comfortable working flexibly on a part or full-time basis
