Overview
Paralegal: Residential Property, 12 months' experience, Derbyshire. Salary: GBP 25K - GBP 27K with outstanding benefits including a generous pension scheme, competitive holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities
* Assist Conveyancers with residential property matters including client handling, SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications.
* Maintain records and accounts to the highest standard.
* Liaise with clients via phone or email, assist clients with enquiries and prepare SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications.
Qualifications
* Strong academic background with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
* Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in a similar position supporting Fee Earners on all aspects of residential conveyancing is preferable.
