What will I be doing?
* Implement the legacy product and audience strategy across Supporter Relationships audiences to ensure growth in number of people pledging, average value of gifts, increasing conversion rates and the percentage of residuary gifts.
* Collaborate with the Legacy Proposition team to drive progress of the ARMA project and other identified initiatives and tests/trials.
* Work in collaboration with Legacy sub‑team and wider Supporter Relationships to embed AMRA and any future projects and trial new initiatives.
* Support the development of outstanding stewardship to new and existing higher value legacy supporters through events and bespoke communications, driving emotional loyalty and gift value growth.
* Work in collaboration with the relevant Senior Managers and teams across Supporter Relationships to ensure a consistent approach to delivery of legacy plans, process, reporting and performance management.
* Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with Proposition, Event Delivery, Operations and Marketing teams.
* Work closely with the Legacy sub‑team and events team to review and evolve legacy engagement events and to inform legacy content at events, keeping messaging up to date and inspiring.
* Develop and implement induction training and specialist priority product and audience training for relevant Supporter Relationships teams (Regional, Legacy, Corporate etc), building awareness about Legacy, IG and identifying cross‑sell opportunities across all audiences.
* Ensure you are compliant with Fundraising Regulator and Charity Commission regulations, up to date with CRUK policies and procedures, and operating in line with Institute of Fundraising best practice.

* Experience of developing and implementing strategy, policy and operating plans, making future‑focused, well‑informed decisions and articulating these clearly.
* Experience of matrix managing performance and setting, monitoring and achieving targets.
* Experience of leading multiple projects and working in a matrix environment, taking an objective approach to prioritisation and clearly translating this to others.
* Knowledge and/or experience in Legacy or Individual Giving with strong knowledge of CRUK priorities and product and delivery mechanisms.
* Confident communication skills with an ability to adapt your style to different people or situations.
* Excellent relationship building, negotiating and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Flexibility and willingness to adapt and change to respond to evolving opportunities and priorities.
* A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenge.
* Proactive, creative and strategic thinker with evidence of spotting opportunities and taking an innovative approach.
