STORE MANAGER - MENSWEAR
Department Store - Birmingham
Salary £36,000/38,000 + Bonus
Full time 40h - Permanent

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that sales goals are met and exceeded
* Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers and resolving any issues that arise
* Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to provide exceptional service
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked at all times
* Manage store expenses and maintain accurate financial records
* Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adjust store operations and strategies as necessary to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in menswear
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
* A passion for fashion and an understanding of current menswear trends
