Product Marketing Team – Senior Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
This role involves developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing campaigns across multiple channels for our customers and suppliers, working closely with our Procurement Team. Additional duties and overnight stays may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Management:
o Create targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote product categories, considering branch support.
o Tailor strategies for B2B and B2C segments.
o Utilize customer insights to optimize campaigns and drive sales online and in branches.
o Manage daily marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager, suppliers, and the Procurement Team.
2. Supplier Collaboration and Alignment:
o Coordinate with suppliers on co-branded marketing activities aligned with business goals.
o Manage supplier budgets and KPIs to ensure campaigns enhance brand presence.
3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitor and report on sales, website traffic, social media, paid search, and email metrics.
o Evaluate KPIs and ROI to inform future marketing strategies.
4. Additional Duties:
o Create engaging social media content aligned with marketing campaigns.
o Support team members with marketing expertise.
o Handle administrative tasks, including budget management and project coordination.
o Travel to branches and other locations, potentially overnight.
Desired Skills:
* Experience in a fast-paced business environment.
* Budgeting experience for campaigns.
* Understanding of digital marketing is desirable.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience in building, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* At least 3 years in a marketing role.
* Full UK driving license.
* Local to East Yorkshire / North Lincolnshire due to office-based nature and flexible working.
