Description
The Accounts Payable Assistant will;
Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely payment of suppliers and vendors.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Respond to supplier and internal queries professionally.
Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role within accounting and finance.
Proficiency in Sage Line 50 and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
An understanding of financial processes and procedures.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
