THE ROLE In this ‘hands on’ role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance & repair of the company’s workboats, feed barges and associated Company machinery. A recognised engineering qualification and driving licence is essential. Experience with marine engines, hydraulics and electrical systems is desired. Due to the nature of the Company’s business some weekend work including call outs will be required for these roles. The ideal candidate will be committed to achieving the best results in a challenging environment and delivering the highest standards of performance possible. SKILLS REQUIRED Candidates must demonstrate flexibility with working hours and days, and be reliable team players who can also work independently when needed. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role. The successful candidate will be provided with a company van.
